Backend udvikler - Systemarkitekt

Experienced .NET backend developer

The consultant is a highly experienced .NET Software Engineer, Lead Developer and Solution Architect with +20 years of experience working on all versions of the .NET framework.

Most recently the consultant has worked at Banking Circle as a Senior Software Engineer, specializing in high-throughput real-time payments processing and related optimizations on a .NET/Azure/SQL/Azure ServiceBus technology stack.

The consultant has had several roles at Danske Bank (2018-2024) as Senior Software Engineer, Chief Software Engineer and Tech Lead. Besides contributing to the development as the technical liaison and being the primary responsible for application architecture, he has extensive experience assessing technology choices and aligning target architectures within a broader organizational system landscape and with relevant functional- and non-functional system requirements.

He has throughout his career designed and implemented numerous innovative solutions and architectures. One relevant example has been a system designed for a large public sector client, which involved web crawling, semantic classification (a type of early ML) and extraction of metadata, a quality assurance UI layer and daily quality controls + reporting, related to the Danish job ad market. He has also been the core developer on a grounds-up fuzzy logic based search engine implemented in C++.

He is a firm believer in the value of having good tooling and quality
