HR Business Partner
I landed my first HR job in 2005. Since then, I have been fascinated by the synergy between business, organisations, and people. I create value by delivering services and solutions that unlock human potential which generates successful business. I have extensive experience working with the entire employee lifecycle from industries such as pharma, shipping, and IT in various global companies from scale-up to global corporations.
I master the entire palette of HR services and understand the interdependencies. I started my career in HR Operations, moved to an HR Manager role and then to HRBP roles. Since 2021, I have worked as a freelancer supporting scaling organisations and recently undertaking HR Business Partner assignments at Novo Nordisk. Recent freelance projects include building and evolving HR functions, serving as interim HRBP and Talent Acquisition, and advising on organisational growth in new markets. I am available for new projects, both part-time and full-time.
