Freelance: Salesforce Expert for a Technology Consulting Firm in the Greater Copenhagen Area (URGENT)

A technology consulting firm in the Greater Copenhagen area is seeking an experienced Salesforce specialist for a project due to be completed in May. The company is looking for a candidate who can ensure the right architecture and best practices in the setup. The work will be carried out in close collaboration with internal teams and can be performed through a combination of on-site and remote work.

• Hours: 10–15 hours per week
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Duration: 2–3 months

The role involves advising and supporting the company’s internal project manager in the design and development of forms and form handlers as part of a major website project. The person will help ensure a structured approach to development, testing, and validation, as well as rapid iterations leading up to the May release.

We are specifically looking for an experienced professional who can ensure seamless integration between website forms, marketing automation, and CRM. Ideally, the candidate will have experience setting up end-to-end workflows from forms in the CMS to marketing automation and on to Salesforce Sales Cloud, as well as the subsequent handling and utilization of data.

Skills/Areas of Expertise:

• Salesforce – including form management and form handlers
• Consulting and brainstorming with internal project managers and development teams
• Design and structured development of forms and form handlers
• Testing, validation, and ongoing iteration leading up to release
• Best practices for integrating a CMS, marketing automation (Pardot), and Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Experience setting up end-to-end data streams from source to CRM and subsequent data utilization

This is an urgent assignment related to an ongoing web project, and the company is therefore looking for an experienced specialist who can quickly set the direction and ensure a robust solution.
